Todd Caldwell practices in the areas of natural resources and energy law with more than a decade of experience as both an attorney and landman.

He represents companies of all sizes specializing in transactions relating to the acquisition, development and operation of mineral properties. His practice includes title examination and the preparation of acquisition, drilling and division order title opinions.

Todd is former Chair of the Natural Resources and Energy Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association and former president of the Denver Association of Oil and Gas Title Lawyers.

He obtained his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University in 1987. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa in 1991, where he was a member of the Energy Law Journal.

Todd is admitted to practice in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Natural Resources & Energy Law, Environmental Law and Water Law Sections of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Association of Oil and Gas Title Lawyers, the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, and the Denver Association of Petroleum Landmen.
